Santa Monica Studio has announced the nine God of War Ragnarok graphics modes for the PS5 and PS4. It was reported earlier that God of War Ragnarok would have a 120Hz gameplay mode on PS5 and Santa Monica Studio has now confirmed it in a tweet. These settings will be available in Favor Performance + HFR (High Frame Rate) and Favor Performance + HFR + VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) modes.
If you have a PS5 and a smart TV with HDMI 2.1 support, you’ll get 6 modes dedicated to high frame rate (120 Hz refresh rate) and variable refresh rate. You’ll need a display with HDMI 2.1 for 120Hz refresh rate. God of War Ragnarok PS5 Graphics Modes
- Favor Performance: 1440p – 2160p, 60 FPS Target
- Favor Performance + High Refresh Rate Display: 1440p, Unlocked 60 FPS
- Favor Performance + High Refresh Rate Display + Variable Refresh Rate: 1440p, Unlocked 60 FPS
- Favor Quality: 2160p (Native 4K), 30 FPS Target
- Favor Quality + High Refresh Rate Display: 1800p – 2160p, 40 FPS Target
- Favor Quality + High Refresh Rate Display + Variable Refresh Rate: 1800p – 2160p, Unlocked 40 FPS
